Service Description
Anyone born on or after January 1st, 1988 is required by law to have a boating license permit to operate a personal watercraft in the state of Florida. (see bottom of homepage)
Cancellation Policy
REQUEST OR CALL PRIOR TO BOOKING TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY. Cancelation Policy: ◦ 100% refund if the charter is canceled prior to 7 days of your trip. ◦ No refund if the charter is canceled 6 days prior to your trip, only reschedule is possible. Reschedule is allowed one time only. ◦ Reschedule will not be guaranteed if cancellation happens within 7 days of your trip. ☀️ Weather- wise: The charter may be canceled in case of dangerous wind or a thunderstorm ( captain’s call). Rain is NOT a reason for canceling the charter.
